What that means for your building
Hosted in Australia
Your building's records, documents and photos are stored in Amazon Web Services' Sydney region, in Australia.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
The database and every file store are encrypted on disk. Every connection between you and ComtyLink, on the web or in the app, is encrypted with HTTPS.
Backed up daily
Automated database backups run every day and are kept for 30 days.
Only your building, only your people
Each building community has its own web address and its own sign-in directory, separate from every other building's. Residents sign up themselves and your building manager approves each one. Passwords are handled by AWS and never stored by ComtyLink.
